Who we are

AutoCoin LLC is a Florida, USA company, registered with FinCEN as a Money Services Business, registration number 31000322777334. This page explains how we think about anti-money-laundering and sanctions compliance, without pretending to be the formal program document.

The design does most of the work

AutoCoin is non-custodial software. We never take possession of customer funds. Your money sits at your exchange, your brokerage, or in a wallet you control, including the in-app Solana wallet, and our software sends trade instructions inside limits you set, through trade-only permissions that cannot withdraw. We do not pool customer funds and we do not move money between users. The highest-risk money-movement activity simply does not happen on our platform, and our program is sized to that reality.

Sanctions: the one hard block

We block access from jurisdictions sanctioned by the US Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). That geo-block is our only blanket country restriction. Everywhere else, availability follows the venues: the exchange or brokerage you connect decides whether it serves your country, and its rules govern your account there.

KYC, kept honest and minimal

Because we never hold funds, we collect the minimum needed to run the service: an account email, plus billing details handled by our payment processors. Full identity verification happens where it belongs, at the regulated venues you connect. Every supported exchange and brokerage runs its own KYC and AML program on your account before a single trade can execute. Where fiat enters the in-app wallet, the third-party on-ramp performs its own verification before funds move.

We do not collect identity documents we do not need, and we will say so plainly if that ever changes.

What we monitor and how we respond

We screen access against the OFAC geo-block, watch for plainly abusive use of the platform, and review unusual activity around the in-app wallet flows. We cooperate with lawful requests from regulators and law enforcement, and we will suspend or terminate access where the law requires it.
