What this page is
This is a plain-language summary of our refund and cancellation terms. It is not the binding document. The full Refund and Returns Policy is linked at the bottom of this page, and if anything here reads differently, the full policy wins.
The trial is the try-before-you-buy
The monthly plan runs a 7-day free trial with a card on file and a small sign-up fee charged today. The trial exists so you can run the software for real before you pay the monthly price. Cancel before the trial ends and the monthly price is never charged.
Cancel anytime, effective end of period
Cancel from your account whenever you choose. Cancellation stops the next charge and takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep full access through the time you have already paid for. We do not prorate or refund partial periods, because you keep using the software for the rest of the period you paid for.
The Founders Pass
The Founders Pass is a one-time lifetime purchase that includes an $AC token allocation. Because it unlocks lifetime access and a token allocation immediately, it is sold as final. If something goes wrong with your purchase, email admin@autocoin.ai and we will look at it on the facts.
If you were charged in error
If you were charged when you should not have been, for example a charge after a timely cancellation or a duplicate charge, email admin@autocoin.ai with the details and we will investigate and put it right. Genuine billing errors get refunded.
What a refund does not cover
Refunds are about the AutoCoin membership fee, not about trading outcomes. The software is a self-directed tool: it places the trades you configure and switch on, and the gains or losses from those trades are market outcomes, not a service charge we can reverse. Trading carries substantial risk of loss; see the Risk Disclosure in this section.
