How billing, cancellation, and refunds work, stated straight.

What this page is
This is a plain-language summary of our refund and cancellation terms. It is not the binding document. The full Refund and Returns Policy is linked at the bottom of this page, and if anything here reads differently, the full policy wins.
How you pay
Monthly: a 7-day free trial. A $1 card verification is charged at checkout. The free trial is once per card (or Link or Cash App account): if it has already started a free trial, the trial is skipped and $149 is charged at checkout. After 7 days, $149 is charged and the membership renews monthly at $149. Upgrade to Lifetime any time for $999 once. Keep Monthly for 12 payments and it becomes Lifetime automatically, with no more charges. Lifetime: one payment of $999 today. Members who started Lifetime before 23 October 2026 with a card on file and nothing charged for the first 7 days keep the terms they joined under: one payment of $999 on day 7, and if you contact us at admin@autocoin.ai to cancel during those 7 days, the $999 is not charged and access ends when the 7 days are up. Members who joined before 8 October 2026 on the earlier monthly trial keep its terms (a $1 card verification, then $149/month).
Monthly cancellation, effective end of period
To cancel Monthly, contact us at admin@autocoin.ai whenever you choose. Cancellation stops the next charge and takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep full access through the time you have already paid for. We do not prorate or refund partial periods, because you keep using the software for the rest of the period you paid for.
Lifetime
Lifetime is one payment of $999 for lifetime access, taken on the day you buy (or, for members who started Lifetime before 23 October 2026 with a card on file, on day 7 as agreed). Because it unlocks lifetime access, it is sold as final once paid. If something goes wrong with your purchase, email admin@autocoin.ai and we will look at it on the facts.
If you were charged in error
If you were charged when you should not have been, for example a charge after a timely cancellation or a duplicate charge, email admin@autocoin.ai with the details and we will investigate and put it right. Genuine billing errors get refunded.
What a refund does not cover
Refunds are about the AutoCoin membership fee, not about trading outcomes. The software is a self-directed tool: it places the trades you configure and switch on, and the gains or losses from those trades are market outcomes, not a service charge we can reverse. Trading carries substantial risk of loss; see the Risk Disclosure in this section.
