What this page is

This is a plain-language summary of the agreement between you and AutoCoin. It is not the contract. The binding Terms and Conditions are linked at the bottom of this page, and if anything here reads differently, the binding terms win.

Who you are contracting with

Your agreement is with AutoCoin LLC, a Florida, USA company and a FinCEN-registered money services business, MSB #31000322777334. By creating an account or using the software you accept these terms. You must be of legal age and permitted to use the service where you live.

AutoCoin LLC is part of the AutoCoin group and is wholly owned by JZ 3323 Ltd, a British Virgin Islands holding company. Certain crypto services offered to customers outside the United States and the European Union are provided by JZ 3323 Ltd as the contracting entity; where that applies, it is stated in the product terms at the point of use. Operating through multiple entities is standard practice for international groups and does not reduce your rights under these terms.

What you get

One membership covers every strategy across stocks, crypto and gold, and the forex software is free, on every venue we support, in one dashboard. AutoCoin is a license to use the software; the strategies, dashboard, and supporting services are provided as a tool you operate.

Billing

Monthly: a 7-day free trial. A $1 card verification is charged at checkout. The free trial is once per card (or Link or Cash App account): if it has already started a free trial, the trial is skipped and $149 is charged at checkout. After 7 days, $149 is charged and the membership renews monthly at $149. Upgrade to Lifetime any time for $999 once. Keep Monthly for 12 payments and it becomes Lifetime automatically, with no more charges. Lifetime: one payment of $999 today, and nothing recurs after that. Lifetime is sold at this price while the spots last. Members who started Lifetime before 23 October 2026 with a card on file and nothing charged for the first 7 days keep the terms they joined under (one payment of $999 on day 7). Members who joined before 8 October 2026 on the earlier monthly trial (a $1 card verification, then $149/month after 7 days) keep those terms. The exact prices are stated identically everywhere on this site, including directly below.

Cancellation

Monthly: to cancel, contact us at admin@autocoin.ai whenever you choose. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep full access through the time you have already paid for. We do not prorate or refund partial periods. Lifetime: once the $999 has been paid there is nothing recurring to cancel. Members who started Lifetime before 23 October 2026 with a card on file: if you contact us at admin@autocoin.ai to cancel during the first 7 days, the $999 payment is not taken and access ends when the 7 days are up. If a payment does not go through

Banks routinely flag software charges, even when everything is fine on your end. If a Monthly renewal or a scheduled Lifetime payment does not go through, we retry automatically over the following days and email you two quick paths: approve the next attempt in your banking app, or update the card on file from your account. Lifetime access begins once the $999 payment clears; your strategies, settings, and history stay intact while it gets sorted.

You run the software. We never hold your money.

AutoCoin is a self-directed software tool. You select the strategies, set the capital, set leverage where it applies, and switch trading on or off at any time, instantly. Your funds stay at your exchange, your brokerage, or in a wallet you control; AutoCoin connects with trade-only permissions and can never withdraw. The software executes only what you configured and enabled.

• Not an investment adviser. We do not give personalized investment advice, and nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
• Not a broker-dealer, not a fund, not a commodity trading adviser. We never take possession of your funds and never trade at our own discretion.

Risk and no promises

Trading stocks, crypto, forex and gold carries substantial risk of loss, and every strategy can lose money. Nothing on this site is a promise of any result, and past performance does not predict future results. You trade with capital you can afford to lose, and the outcomes of the trades the software places for you are yours. The full Risk Disclosure is in this section.

Acceptable use

Use the software lawfully and only for your own account. Do not attempt to break, abuse, reverse-engineer, or resell the service, and do not use it where doing so would breach your local law or the rules of your exchange or brokerage. We may suspend access that puts the platform or other users at risk.

Liability and changes

The software is provided as a tool, and our liability is limited to the extent the law allows, as set out in the binding terms. We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve; material changes will be posted, and continuing to use AutoCoin after a change means you accept the updated terms.
