This is a plain-language summary of how AutoCoin handles your data, written so you do not have to parse legalese to understand it. It is not the binding document. The full Privacy Policy is linked at the bottom of this page, and if anything here reads differently, the full policy wins.

Who handles your data

AutoCoin LLC, a Florida, USA company, is the controller of your personal data. We are a FinCEN-registered money services business, MSB #31000322777334. You can reach our team at admin@autocoin.ai for any privacy request.

What we collect

• Account details you give us: name, email, and the login you create.
• Billing data needed to take payment. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• The connections you set up: the exchange, brokerage, or wallet you link, held as trade-only API credentials so the software can place the trades you configure.
• Product usage: which strategies you run, your settings, and basic technical logs that keep the service reliable and secure.

What we never take

We never take custody of your funds. AutoCoin is a self-directed, non-custodial software tool: your assets stay at your exchange, your brokerage, or in a wallet you control. The credentials you connect are trade-only and can never withdraw or move money out, and you can revoke them at any moment.

Why we use it

• To run the service you signed up for: place the trades you configure, show your dashboard, and keep your account secure.
• To take payment and manage your membership.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a registered MSB, including reasonable identity and compliance checks.
• To improve the product and, where you have opted in, to send you product updates. You can opt out of marketing at any time.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the vendors that make the service work, such as our payment processor, hosting, and email provider, and only as far as each needs to do its job. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where the law requires it. The full policy lists the categories of processors we use.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. Email admin@autocoin.ai and we will action it within the timeframes the law sets. If you are in the EU, the UK, or California, you have additional rights set out on the GDPR and CCPA pages in this section.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and for the period afterward that our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations require. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it.
