This is a plain-language summary of how we meet the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA. It is not the binding document. Who this covers

This applies if you are a California resident. The business is AutoCoin LLC, a Florida, USA company and a FinCEN-registered money services business, MSB #31000322777334. For any request, email admin@autocoin.ai.

What we collect and why

We collect the categories of personal information described on the Privacy page: account details, billing data, the trade-only connections you set up, and product usage. We collect it to run the membership you bought, take payment, keep the service secure, and meet our legal obligations as a registered MSB.

We do not sell or share your data for ads

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. Because we do not sell or share in that sense, there is nothing to opt out of on that front. We use vendors only as service providers, bound to use your data solely to deliver our service.

Your California rights

• Know: request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
• Delete: request that we delete personal information we hold, subject to legal exceptions.
• Correct: request that we fix inaccurate personal information.
• Limit: direct us to limit the use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the service.
• No retaliation: we will not deny service, change prices, or give you a worse experience for exercising these rights.

How to exercise your rights

Email admin@autocoin.ai with your request. We will verify your identity to protect your account before we act, and you may use an authorized agent. We respond within the timeframes California law sets. There is no charge for a reasonable request.

Your funds are not in scope

Worth saying plainly: AutoCoin is non-custodial. Your assets stay at your exchange, your brokerage, or in a wallet you control. We connect with trade-only permissions you can revoke at any time, so a privacy request never touches your money.
