Trust and verification

Is AutoCoin legit?

Short answer: yes, and here is how to confirm it without trusting us. AutoCoin is a registered company selling self-directed trading software. It never takes custody of customer funds, it publishes a cryptographically verifiable record of its results, and its apps have passed review at both Apple and Google. Every claim below can be checked by you, from public sources, in a few minutes.

The company

Who you are actually dealing with

A registered US company

AutoCoin LLC is a Florida limited liability company, registered with the US Treasury's FinCEN as a Money Services Business under registration number 31000322777334. That registration is searchable in FinCEN's public MSB registrant database, which is the check to run rather than taking the number on faith.

A registered international entity

International client programs are operated by JZ 3323 Ltd, a British Virgin Islands company, registration number 2182726, listed on the public register. Which entity serves you depends on where you are, and both are named in the site footer.

A named founder, not a faceless brand

AutoCoin is run by James Warwick, Founder and CEO, who is named on the about page and reachable at admin@autocoin.ai. Most trading-bot operations do not tell you who runs them.

Live in both major app stores

AutoCoin Pro is published on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Both operate compliance review specifically for finance-category applications, and both approved it.

Your money

The part that matters most: we never hold it

Non-custodial by design

AutoCoin takes no deposits and holds no client funds at any time. Your money stays in accounts held in your own name at your own broker or exchange. There is no AutoCoin wallet and no AutoCoin balance, which structurally removes the mechanism behind almost every trading scam.

Trade-only permissions

The software connects to your account with API keys scoped to trading only. It can place orders inside the limits you set, and it cannot withdraw or transfer funds. You create those keys yourself and you can revoke them instantly, from your exchange or broker, without asking us.

You direct it, we do not

You choose which strategies run, how much capital they use and how much risk they take per position. AutoCoin is self-directed software, not an investment adviser, not a broker-dealer and not a fund, and it makes no discretionary decisions outside the settings you switch on.

The results

A track record built to be checked, not believed

Signed and anchored daily

Each day's results are hashed into a Merkle root, signed with an ed25519 key, chained to the previous day and anchored to the Base public blockchain. Editing a past result would break the chain and be visible to anyone.

Verify it in your own browser

The verifier at autocoin.ai/live/verify recomputes the whole thing from published bytes on your machine, and you can point the on-chain check at your own RPC endpoint instead of ours. Our word is not part of the calculation.

Paper and live labelled equally

Simulated results are labelled paper everywhere on the site, at equal weight with live results. Simulations do not capture slippage, liquidity or order timing, and pretending otherwise is how misleading track records get built.

Being fair to you

What we are not, and what can go wrong

Nobody can promise you profit

Trading carries substantial risk and you can lose money. AutoCoin makes no guarantee of returns, and any platform that does is telling you something untrue. Strategies lose money in stretches; the honest question is whether the losses are survivable and the record is checkable.

We are a young company

AutoCoin has a shorter history than the largest incumbents, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. What we offer instead of decades is a record that is verifiable from day one, which is more than most long-established platforms publish.

Why an automated checker may rate us cautiously

Automated trust-scoring sites often flag younger finance-related domains, sites that use standard registrar privacy on their WHOIS record, and anything in the cryptocurrency category, regardless of how the business actually operates. Those signals measure a domain's age and configuration, not whether a company takes your money. Judge us on the checks in this page instead: the registrations, the custody model and the verifiable record.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is AutoCoin a scam?

No. AutoCoin is a registered company (AutoCoin LLC, Florida, FinCEN MSB #31000322777334) selling self-directed trading software. It holds no customer funds at any time, connects to your own broker or exchange with trade-only permissions that cannot withdraw money, and publishes a cryptographically signed daily results record that anyone can independently verify at autocoin.ai/live/verify. Those are the three checks worth running on any trading platform, and all three are public.

Can AutoCoin take my money?

No, and this is structural rather than a promise. Your funds stay in your own account at your own broker or exchange. AutoCoin connects using API keys you create with trading enabled and withdrawals disabled, so the software has no technical ability to move money out. You can revoke that access instantly at any time.

How do I check AutoCoin's track record myself?

Go to autocoin.ai/live for the published results and autocoin.ai/live/verify to verify them. The verifier recomputes the hashes and signatures in your browser from published data and checks the anchor transaction on the Base blockchain. You can use your own RPC endpoint so no part of the check depends on us.

Who owns and runs AutoCoin?

AutoCoin is founded and run by James Warwick, named publicly on the site. US clients are served by AutoCoin LLC (Florida, FinCEN-registered), and international client programs by JZ 3323 Ltd (British Virgin Islands, company no. 2182726). Both entities are named in the site footer and both registrations are publicly verifiable.

Why do some websites give AutoCoin a low trust score?

Automated scoring sites weight signals like domain age, traffic rank, whether a domain uses registrar WHOIS privacy, and whether the site is finance or cryptocurrency related. Those factors describe a domain's configuration, not a company's conduct, and they flag many legitimate young businesses. None of them address the questions that actually matter: who is the registered company, does it hold your money, and can its claims be verified. Those are answered above, and each one is checkable against a public source.
