4. Free Trial and Subscription Billing
– Autocoin offers a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. A valid payment method (credit or debit card) is required to start the trial.
– You will not be charged during the 7-day trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed.
– If you do not cancel before the end of the 7-day trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee (e.g., $149/month for the monthly plan, or $999/year for the annual plan).
– Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan) until you cancel.
– You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
– The free trial is available once per user. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free trials is prohibited and may result in account termination.
– Refunds are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy, available at www.autocoin.ai/refund_returns.

5. Exchange API Connections and Fund Security
– Autocoin connects to your cryptocurrency exchange accounts via API keys that you provide.
– Autocoin does not hold, custody, or have withdrawal access to your funds. Your funds remain on your exchange at all times.
– API connections are configured with trade-only permissions. Autocoin cannot withdraw, transfer, or move your funds off your exchange.
– You are responsible for configuring your API keys with appropriate permissions and for maintaining the security of your exchange accounts.

6. Account Responsibilities
– You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
– Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

7. Cryptocurrency Risks
– Cryptocurrency transactions carry inherent risks, including price volatility and potential loss of funds.
– Autocoin is not responsible for losses due to market fluctuations, user errors, or third-party actions.
